COVID-19 Relief Program

We are committed to helping our impacted customers with our COVID-19 Relief Program, which may include options for payment deferrals, fee waivers and increased limits on cash accessibility or mobile deposits. Beginning August 1st we will resume charging our regular fees for Non-Sufficient Funds and Overdrafts. Please refer to the bank's fee schedule for more information.

Our Team's Precautions

We're committed to providing a healthy banking experience for our customers and team members at Citizens. We ramped up our remote support capacity and over two-thirds of our team started supporting customers remotely. We also have limited the use of our community space and increased the frequency of cleaning. You'll see our team sanitizing their space after each transaction and our management team cleaning common spaces throughout the day. Additionally, we are now offering curbside banking at our main location which allows us to conveniently serve custommers.

Remote and Electronic Services

For cash needs outside of these hours, we do not charge any ATM fees and will refund the fees of other financial institutions. Our drive-up ATMs are equipped to take deposit, either checks or cash, 24/7.

Additionally, our emergency support is available by phone 24/7.

For cash needs beyond those available at the ATM, businesses can register to use our remote electronic banking facility located in Midtown Oklahoma City for self-service access to rolled coin, coin and cash deposits and cash withdrawals. This facility is also equipped with an Interactive Teller Machine, connecting you with our remote staff, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our team also accelerated self-service access to ITMs in our Downtown Edmond lobby located off of Broadway.

Access is available by calling 405-341-6650. By the beginning of May, we plan to have an external ITM located at Hurd and Broadway.

Vault 405 and Urban Agrarian

Vault 405, our co-working space, is closed to the public, and has limited common space use. We encourage you to use the curbside service offered by our member, Urban Agrarian.


Loans and Other Funding Programs

As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there has been various loan and funding programs introduced. Not all programs are offered through banks or financial institutions. A list of programs to review are:

FDIC Coverage

Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Then the funds will generally be available by the second business day after the day of deposit.

Banking Services

To ensure a healthy bank environment, our drive-thru is open normal hours, we offer curbside banking and our lobby is closed to the public operating in a very limited capacity. Our team remains available to assist you through our drive thru or through limited in-person appointments. To make an appointment, please contact our Customer Care team at 405-341-6650 or schedule HERE. Loan officers are ready to discuss existing loans and new loan requests via telephone and e-mail. Our drive-thru and customer care center hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday.

Many banking transactions can be conducted using online banking or the mobile banking app. Customers can access cash at ATMs nationwide, where we will reimburse any fees incurred. Our “Unbank” facility at our Midtown location is also available which can handle cash and coin transactions 24/7. Contact us to enroll in this technology.

COVID-19 Fraud Alert

During situations such as this, remain vigilant as fraud can increase. Check your accounts frequently and be aware of attempts to collect and compromise your personal and financial information via phone, email, and/or text. Remember that Citizens Bank of Edmond will never call to ask for your one-time password, or any other confidential information. Remain vigilant and contact a banker if you suspect fraudulent activity on your account.
