Customer Relief

If you are a Citizens customer experiencing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19, please email us at relief@citizensedmond.com to inquire about our COVID-19 Relief Program, which includes options such as:

  • Certain fees may be eligible to be waived or refunded, including overdrafts and early withdrawal penalties.
  • Increased ATM withdrawal limits upon request.
  • Non-CBE customers can cash checks drawn on Citizens Bank of Edmond at the drive-thru.
  • Consumer loans may be eligible for 60 day payment deferrals and late fee waivers or refunds.
  • Business loan customers will have the opportunity to fill out a COVID-19 Relief Application, to apply for payment deferrals, late fee waivers, or loan modifications.
  • Mortgage refinance options are available; contact a member of our mortgage team for details!

FDIC Coverage

Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Then the funds will generally be available by the second business day after the day of deposit.

Banking Services

To ensure a healthy bank environment, our drive-thru is open normal hours and our lobby is closed to the public. Our team remains available to assist you through our drive thru or through limited in-person appointments. To make an appointment, please contact our Customer Care team at 405-341-6650. Loan officers are ready to discuss existing loans and new loan requests via telephone and e-mail. Our drive-thru hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday.

Many banking transactions can be conducted using online banking or the mobile banking app. Customers can access cash at ATMs nationwide, where we will reimburse any fees incurred. Our “Unbank” facility at our Midtown location is also available which can handle cash and coin transactions 24/7. Contact a banker for access to this technology.

COVID-19 Fraud Alert

During situations such as this, remain vigilant as fraud can increase. Check your accounts frequently and be aware of attempts to collect and compromise your personal and financial information via phone, email, and/or text. Remember that Citizens Bank of Edmond will never call to ask for your one-time password, or any other confidential information. Remain vigilant and contact a banker if you suspect fraudulent activity on your account.
