At this time, Citizens Bank of Edmond’s policy is to process PPP Second Draw loan applications for the following three populations that meet the SBA’s eligibility requirements:
Citizens Bank of Edmond customers;
Any Oklahoma-based small business; or
Out-of-state businesses seeking a PPP Second Draw loan of $150,000 or less.
