Rachael Fedor

Rachael has worked in every area of Citizens since she joined us 12 years ago. She is an expert in loan administration and continues to elevate the internal and external service and data accessibility of our loan portfolio. Rachael has been a leader of Heard on Hurd since its beginning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in forensic chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma. Rachael serves as a Board member for the Character Council.
