Youssi Farag

Youssi is a trilingual master of finance, accounting, and credit. While starting at Citizens in loan administration, Youssi grew her expertise to ultimately lead the bank’s portfolio and balance sheet management. She is a CPA and a graduate of Ain Shams University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Management. Youssi has her Masters in Management Sciences from University of Poitiers. Youssi is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. During the COVID-19 crisis, Youssi led efforts that ultimately improved the efficiency of the Payroll Protection Program application for millions of small businesses.
