Lisa Trent

Lisa's leadership on the Citizens team began almost 30 years ago. She has led the bank’s most technically intense areas as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Risk and Internal Control Officer. Lisa leads the bank’s FedNow pilot program and is currently the Director of Operations. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in finance and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Lisa has completed the Securities Bond Academy, Audit, Compliance, and BSA/AML certification programs through ICBA. She left Citizens in 2018 to join a de novo bank and returned to our team in 2020.
