Randy Grau

Randy Grau is our Senior VP and Chief Legal Officer. He previously served the bank as outside counsel while a member of the Oklahoma City firm of Cheek & Falcone.

Randy graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2001. He also graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where he received a degree in Telecommunications and Religion.

Randy comes to us with a proven commitment to community and public service. You might recognize him from his time around the Oklahoma State House as a three-term Representative. Beyond that, the Edmond YMCA named Randy “Volunteer of Year” in 2020 noting his service as a youth sports coach and chairman of the annual campaign.

He is married to Dr. Renee Grau, a dermatologist practicing in Oklahoma City, and they have two sons.
